A first consultation with assessment takes about 45–60 minutes. Follow-up therapy sessions usually run 30–45 minutes depending on your programme.

How many sessions will I need?

Most acute conditions settle in 6–10 sessions. Chronic pain, post-surgical and neurological cases need longer, structured programmes. You will always be told the expected count upfront.
